By browsing the site, the user accepts the following general conditions of use:
The website www.digitalplanet.ma is a presentation site, whose purpose is to provide information about Digital Planet, its products for sale, and its services. This site is subject to Moroccan law.
The user of the website www.digitalplanet.ma acknowledges having the skills and means necessary to access and use this website. He/she also acknowledges having read this legal notice and undertakes to comply with it.
The user also acknowledges having been informed that the site www.digitalplanet.ma is provided on the basis of a "state of the art" service and accessible according to its availability, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in cases of force majeure, IT difficulties, difficulties linked to telecommunications networks or other technical difficulties.
For maintenance reasons, Digital Planet may interrupt access to the site and will endeavor to notify users in advance.
Digital Planet cannot be held responsible for the inability to access this site.
Digital Planet also reserves the right to refuse access to any Internet user unilaterally and without any prior notice or notification in the event of the latter violating one of the navigation rules.

PS4 Account Setup Process:
Digital Planet offers you legal and authentic digital downloads, delivered through a master account created by DigitalPlanet.
After your purchase, you will receive a master account with the ordered game, our delivery manager will assist you by phone throughout the account setup process, the setup steps are as follows:
You will create a new user by entering the email and password that will be communicated to you by our delivery manager.
Once logged in, the account will be automatically activated as the primary account on your PS4.
Select Settings ==> Account Management ==> Logout.
Log in to your own PS4 account. Your game download will be initiated remotely by our assistant and will be displayed on your profile home screen.

From now on, you will have to log in and play on your own PS4 account only. Any attempt to reconnect to the Digital Planet account will result in the automatic blocking of the account, in which case the warranty will no longer be valid.
NB 1: The account we provide is a main account shared with our Digital Planet security system and with no other third party.
NB 2: The accounts we provide are legal accounts that do not pose any risk of banning (BAN). The content is legally purchased during promotions in different PS regions.
NB 3: The games provided are purchased directly from the PSN store of different regions (win trophies, play online, receive updates, etc.)
After completing the installation process, the game will be available to launch on your own account, just like an app or game purchased directly from the PSN Store.
Payment method :
The following payment methods are offered to the buyer when confirming their order:
Payment or Bank Transfer (via banking application)
Payment by credit card (coming soon)
Bank transfers made via a bank other than CIH BANK (the bank with which we are affiliated) are validated within 24 hours.
Delivery :
Our products are digital products. Please note:
PS4 accounts are delivered by telephone within 24 hours maximum (excluding Sundays).
Regarding gift cards, delivery to CIH and Attijari customers is immediate, while delivery to customers of other banks will be within 24 hours.

The account provided by Digital Planet must not be reused under any circumstances (any attempt to connect to the account or attempt to modify its information will be notified to us and the account will be permanently blocked by our security system, no account change will take place in this case)
In case of any problem with the account, the customer has the right to two changes maximum, any additional change of game will have additional fees (depends on the value of the game).
In accordance with current legal provisions, purchases of digital content are final and definitive. They cannot therefore give rise to a refund or the exercise of a right of withdrawal.
If you change or reset your PS4 without notifying us, your account will be blocked and the warranty will become invalid.
IN CASE OF ACCOUNT CHANGE, only the purchased account will be changed, the PS PLUS and the GAME offered are considered as a gift and not subject to change !!!!!!
For proper account operation:
It is strongly recommended to have a NAT 2 connection type and an internet connection of + 10mb/s
a good DNS setting
The PS4 must be connected to the router via the RJ45 Ethernet cable (LAN)
Gift card section:
If the gift card key was sent to you, no direct refund can be requested due to digital items received.
The CD keys provided by digitalplanet.ma come from unique, certified sources. You will be the only person to have the key.
Our keys are tested before delivery.
GUARANTEE :
In order to maintain your warranty on your PS4 accounts provided by Digital Planet, you must absolutely respect the conditions of use cited above for each order placed on our site digitalplanet.ma (only concerns PS4 accounts)
You will receive an order confirmation SMS, this SMS is your sole and unique purchase guarantee. It is essential that you provide this SMS when making any complaints so that they are taken into consideration, otherwise, the complaint will not be taken into consideration.
If the account has been changed more than 2 times, no change will take place for the 3rd time (by nature, digital products are neither exchangeable nor refundable)
In case of "PS4 account + PS Plus offer" promotion, only the game is covered by the warranty. The price of the offer is for the game only, while the PS Plus is a FREE offer not subject to the warranty and no change will be made to the latter.
In the event of a complaint about the non-functioning of a PS4 account and if we find that the password has been blocked, we will not be able to intervene or change the account.
If you purchase physical hardware, the warranty is 7 days.
This guarantee allows you to be fully refunded by returning the physical material within 7 days provided you return it as you purchased it.
